THE PLOT:

When a series of unexplained vicious animal attacks strikes his community, Sheriff Jim Tanner and his assistant Barbara trace them back to a Dr. Hyde, a former military researcher whose government funding for a dinosaur-cloning project was cut. When the Pentagon discovers Hyde obtained foreign backing to continue his experiments, they send in a strike team to save Tanner and Barbara and stop Hyde.

THE OPINION:

Roger Corman should be ashamed of himself, I mean more then usual. This piece of cowpie is 90% recycled footage from the Carnosaur movies. Which stunk on there own right. Why would it take three writers just for the 10 % of the new footage? What the hell was Eric Roberts thinking when he agreed to do this. Corbin Bernsen I can understand, he has been in allot of these stinkers as of late. By the way Roger, the Thorax is in the throat, not the belly where the character in question was killed. Also, Raptors only get up to six to six and a half feet tall. That was a T-REX!!!! If you bothered to create new effects then you might have learned that. Even Crap calls this movie crap. In the little bit of new footage there are some clever lines. I GIVE RAPTOR (THE NOOSE)

autoscaled30pc-knot-hangmans-noose-black-backdrop-

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS)

+ DIALOG (The little bit of original footage had some good dialog.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES)

- CARNOSAUR STOCK FOOTAGE (90% Use of stock footage from another unbelievably bad Roger Corman movie)
- 3 WRITERS (This movie had three and yet the movie still comes out crappy. Were they monkeys? Were they tied to chairs and forced to write with their feet?)
- NOT RESPECTING THE AUDIENCE (Roger Corman and Jim Wynorski must think that people who watch science fiction and horror are complete idoits. Well, we are not and we say f*** you. Roger Corman and Jim Wynorski! Count yourself lucky we don't sue you for fraud!)
- ROGER CORMAN (You've done better then this, I am very, VERY disappointed in you)
- ERIC ROBERTS (What's a good actor like Eric Roberts doing in this piece of dung is beyond me)

...AND FINALLY....

- CARNOSAUR (If you have seen the movie Carnosaur, then you have already seen RAPTOR.)
