Fright Night Part II (USA) (alternative spelling)
Peter Vincent recently loses his job as host of Fright Night the TV show but finds out that his replacement has an unhealthy
infatuation with Peter's friend Charley. Meanwhile Charley is being to think that his encounter with Jerry was just a bad
dream and starts to think he was wrong about vampires and this time is Peter who must convince Charley that vampires are real
and that Regine is Jerry's sister out for revenge.
In my humble opinion just as good as the first movie, it got a tad strange that the roles got reversed that Charley stopped
believing in vampires and it was Peter Vincent that was staining in his shorts in fear. The effects are just as good, the
cast does a great job. It's a shame they didn't bring back Amanda Bearse's character, that's my only complaint. 9 STARS.
The cast does do a great job and I agree I did miss Amanda Bearse in this one. But the effects and the story makes up for
her being gone. 9 STARS as well.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ CAST (The cast does go a good job.)
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ CHARACTERS (The characters are just as good as the first film.)
+ EFFECTS (Even better then the first.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- ANNOYING AT TIMES (Now it did get annoying at times, very minor complaint.)
- FAN BASED (If you didn't like the first movie, you wouldn't like this one.)
